Chocolate Rosemary and Strawberry Brownies

  • ½ cup old fashioned oven toasted oats
  • ¼ cup raw cashews
  • 1 tablespoon shredded coconut
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon sliced almonds
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • ½ small sprig rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon date paste (grind dates until they form a paste)
  • 2 strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons cacao/carob powder
  1. This one is very easy. Just throw all the ingredients into the blender (I recommend Vitamix), then blend until it’s nice and smooth. Spoon it out on some baking parchment paper so it doesn’t stick to the bottom and use your hands to flip it back and forward to shape it into a rectangle/square. Once it’s got the shape, simply use a knife to cut off the rounded edges and serve.
